Good news — the fix is live. Please update Event Koi Lite to 1.3.9.7. Tickets now save properly, and edits also auto-save when you switch tabs so nothing gets lost.
On the docs: the only required field is the ticket name. Price, quantity, max
per order, description, T&Cs, sale start, and sale end are all optional. Sale
start and sale end are independent — fill either, both, or neither. Heads up:
if you leave both blank, the ticket stays on sale indefinitely (we don’t
currently auto-close sales when the event begins). If you want sales to stop
at the event start, set sale_end to the event’s start date. We’re looking at
making that the default behavior in a future update.
