Ok since other email notifications are working well, this rule out any issue with Mail server.
Do not worry, I’m here until you find a fix to this problem. Let’s just try one of these two solutions.
1. Can you turn off all other plugins, switch to default theme, then test the password reset email again? If we find a conflict plugin, then that will make it easy.
2. Can you try to reset password for another email? e.g. another domain. Will the email work? Please also make sure the email already exists in your WordPress users database.
Let me know if any of these steps solved it.

I’ve just tried to reset password in the demo site and I got the email. So I am thinking It could be an issue with how your mail configuration is setup. But no problem we can do a few steps to debug this issue.
Do other email notifications work? e.g. The new user email notification.
If other emails are working fine, please try the following step:
Go to Member Chimp > Settings > Emails > Reset password.
Please make sure it’s enabled (Enable this email notification is ticked)
Try the above steps and let me know.

MC does not have a front-end publishing feature as of now. It does display the user posts/comments in their profile though.
You can read this doc to enable wp-admin access to user roles who can publish posts on your site. But until MC supports front-end publishing, this will have to be done from the usual WordPress editor in backend.

I thought that I’d be able to include a report reason to request If a moderator could remove the topic but It reported straight away. Sorry, never reported a topic before so didn’t know how it works.

1. Did you already setup Facebook app and put the app ID and secret in plugin settings? There’s a document that explains step by step how to add Facebook login to Member Chimp. Here it is: https://docs.memberchimp.com/article/11-facebook-social-login-setup
Does it happen with standard login too? If it does, then it probably is not a problem specific to Facebook login.
2. I can confirm this bug is happening now. It will be fixed in the next plugin update.

At this time, Member Chimp does not integrate with BuddyPress or bbPress. I have thought about it before but MC basically shares some of the features that BuddyPress does, and I think It would be confusing to integrate both or have both installed on the same site.
bbPress on the other side is a forum plugin so It would make much more sense to integrate with that. I might have a plan to release a built-in addon that integrates specifically with bbPress but I can’t give ETA yet.
