I’m also having the same problem, I followed all your instruction step by step, I uninstalled all the plugin except forminator and activated the wp default theme, but I still have the same problem.

I’m also having the same problem, I followed your instruction, I uninstalled all the plugin except the elementor and forminator, but I still have the same problem.
