I realised maybe it could be because of our Content Security Policy,
And just got an Answer from our Support Department, they ask which exact URL’s should we add in our Content Security Policy ?Thank you,

First of all, Thank you for your fast response.
* Do you have any popup blockers installed in your computer/browser?
I deactivated all chrome extensions.*Also this could be due a bad .htaccess rule
I dont have access to our htaccess file, I asked our Security department.Here is our Network Errors Screenshot and Har file:
