I’m sure you’ve found it by now but I was able to download it here – http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/hemingway-rewritten/
They are not the same. I had trouble making the responsive menu work on the original Hemingway. Also, the header on Rewritten is taller (which can be changed) and some of the .css and footer are different. I think there are other differences as well.
Just a quick note for anyone who wants to help – I have changed the theme to Hemingway Rewritten, which is actually working in mobile.
