Hey!
I amen’t completely sure of the situation. Have you added them as ‘Contributor/author/editor/administrator’ or what? Anyone of those jobs, except Contributor can access your stats. If you are wanting to keep the person as a part of your blog, then they will see your stats. If you want to delete them: Go to [Users] then [Tick their name] then [Click ‘Remove checked users’] and they wont be working there anymore!
