Please note: wpDiscuz is not for products. If you need it, you should use WooDiscuz.
It seems you use WooDiscuz. As far as we understand that issue does not related to wpDiscuz. Also, we use different comment type, so such problem should not be caused. You should contact them.Forum: Plugins
