– Version of the Impress for IDX Broker PluginBefore emailing you can try looking in your plugins to see if there is anything like W3C cache and disable to determine if that will resolve the issue.
Also, if you have IDX under Tools, clear that cache as well.

In reply to: [IMPress Listings] Cannot seem to import listingsGenerally, when listings won’t import it means that either the permissions at the file level are not set properly (755) in the plugin folder or that something in WP is blocking the import. This could also be an issue with a caching plugin that might need to be disabled or cleared. I will close the post as requested.

To do that, I would need your website address on the IDX account. I can troubleshoot this further for you if you’ll send that information to help@idxbroker.com. In reply to: [IMPress Listings] url / slidesYou may want to take a look at your Permalink settings. Generally, when you see the /index.php/ in the URL the permalink needs to be reset. Sometimes, you can even just go in and click save and that does the trick.
Regarding the slider, we don’t have something like that setup at the moment. The additional images show up under the Photos tab.

However, I think that’s a great idea and I’ve submitted an enhancement request to see if that’s something we can do. Since it’s an ER I cannot make any promises as to whether it will make it into the product.

In reply to: [IMPress Listings] Error when trying to install pluginThis is due to a PHP version issue. The plugin will run on PHP 5.3 but some hosting providers do not have all of the packages included with their version. If possible please upgrade to the latest version of PHP offered by your hosting company.

In reply to: [IMPress Listings] Agents loginYes, you would need to add them as a user to WordPress (Users -> Add New) and assign them the Author role. This will give them access to both Listings and Employees. If you want them to connect their Employee profile with the listings you would also need to install the following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/posts-to-posts/
