I’ve find one “space” character at the end of WsiFront.class.php (on line 280).
I’ve remove it on version 1.3.4.Could you try the new version ?

What is your PHP version ?
I use the version 5.3.6 of PHP, could you try with at least this version ?It is (since 1.3.2) 😉

Do you see the background color appear in your blog ?
Try with an absolute URL like :
http://www.abcgs.fr/wp-content/gallery/affiches/afficheboxe_2304201021.jpgAnd blank start and end date and put 0 (or nothing) for the display time.

I’ve try the theme “Twenty Ten 1.0” in test mode but it’s OK for me …
Could you send a screenshot of your problem :
