I received this response from Stripes Tech support: After further review of that information with your Stripe account, I was able to see that in those charge attempts, payment tokens are being created, but those tokens aren’t being turned into actual charges. To remedy this, it’s suggested to talk to the support staff at Woo to ensure that those tokens are being turned into charges.Just started having these issues since the release of the most recent plugin Version 3.1.7. I have even tested by placing an order and it took a long time to process the payment which eventually just cancelled out the order like it did to all my other sale orders. This is happening with PayPal as well and their Tech support said that it was not on their end and the issue is with you guys. Could you please look into this situation asap as this is having a terrible impact on my fairly newly open business and costing me loss of sales and income.. Thank you so much in advance!
I am unable to receive payments from my customers because of the issues with Woocommerce Payments not working correctly for both payment gateway from Stripe & Paypal. Spoke to both technical support from both companies and they accessed that the problem is with Woo and everything looks fine on their end.This is costing me money and I need this to be fixed asap please.
