Update: to reproduce the issue, we have setup an temporary test website (on one of our vps) and activated the twentig plugin with default wordpress theme. then enabled animation for the hero image. unfortunately we couldn’t reproduce the issue. seems like a cloudflare issue.
and.. figured out, they where using a shared hosting and the web host was using (fully managed) cloudflare on their server level.
we had faced almost the same issue with one of our client site.
for us, the issue was: when any elements on a page have twentig animations enabled, those contents (including images and texts) where not showing on desktop devices – while it’s showing fine on smartphones. so we had to disable the animations to fix the issue. i think the issue started showing after august 2026 – maybe the plugin was conflicting with recent wordpress update.
