I tried and find the way to solve it. Hope it helps.
1) Deactivate “Admin Column” plugin, then can edit post type by bulk.
2) If the issue caused by “Admin Column” plugin, then go to “Admin Column” plugin setting,
add “Type” as one of the column item. (“Type” means Post Type)
After doing that, “Admin Column” plugin works and can edit post type by bulk.

I have the same issue.
After install this plugin, “post type” appears when I edit single blog.
While when I try to edit by bulk, “post type” does not appear.
