In fact after nearly 2 weeks Im still waiting for a moderator to approve my support topic on the forum and havent heard anything from the premium support token.
Honestly I think the WP community provides better support than plugin dev’s from my past experience, hence why I am here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Its a really good idea to put in the weight of the item even if you don’t have to rely on it. I found I had all sorts of issues until I input all my weights and dimensions.
