I also checked with my hosting provider that timthumb script was permitted on the server and that the php.ini or file permissions were not causing the issue. Regards, Peter
Hi,
I have also had an issue with Page Cache interfering in image resizing using the timthumb script. After extensive testing by the dev team, I could only resolve the issue by disabling the Page Cache component.
This only seemed to effect the 3D Gallery Slider function and none of the other sliders. The theme used was Dynamix.
Thanks,
I thought from reading somewhere that some of the elements will work but not all?
Can you advise which parts of your plugin will work with activity disabled? I assume that if only some parts work then I can just disable the non-available parts in config?A work around to enable all parts might also be to remove the activity from the menus so it is not accessible to users. If I can do this in the child theme then it will be more immune to upgrades.
Can you give an idea of the next release and the changes?
Thanks for the great responsiveness.
