im in a hosted with another 6 domains, but this is the only one with the fault, all the others works smoothly, by upgrading php will the problem be fixed?

Update: i’ve exported the site to another domain to do some testing, it works on the other domain so im thinking it can be some corrupted file, how can i diagnose the files and see what i have to delete?
