I informed the 10web Booster plugin to “ignore” Forminator. Now it works! Thank you very much for that. Unfortunately, another problem has arisen.

I have set in my dropdown that when field 1 is selected, audio 1 should open underneath. If the customer selects field 2, audio 1 disappears and audio 2 opens, and so on. This works perfectly in my preview. However, it doesn’t work when I test with another device or in a private window. Then, all the audios are simply displayed immediately…

I will set up over 20 dropdown fields, each of which has its own audio that is only played/showed when the field is selected.

I noticed that when I open an incognito window on the desktop, the form is also gone on the desktop. When I open the link normally (not in incognito), I see the form, but only on the desktop. On the phone, I see nothing either way. I also tried with another phone, but it didn’t work either.
