Ndanielruiz, I am sorry but I cannot help you with that cause I hired a programmer for my site and he has finally developed a customized system that includes this issue.

Hope you can get it following what Aaron suggests in above lines.

I think the problem is on INBOX app, cause this app show the information differently and use toggle for some parts of email automatically.

so I think it cannot be solved…

sorry, actually the problem is when using Inbox by Gmail, a client app for GMAIL.
