Plugin is no longer on test mode and am using live client Id and secret key. Error still occurs.Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the reply. The currency code is set to ‘GBP’ and change PDF option is ‘enabled’I have tried various scenarios re the paypal testmode. Currently set to ‘test mode’ on the plugin and sandbox client id and secret key which is giving ‘error occured’ message. Are you saying I need to have regular paypal api keys set to plugin test mode? Please confirm correct testing mode.

My next question is:
Is there a way to prioritise the order of category listings? As of now the last category created and its gift items appears first in the gift selection panel and we would like to change the order. I can only see option to list pricing in order.
