Hi Jasmin,
Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried everything according to the guide without any luck. My Woocommerce and sencloud plugin are both updated and running the latest versions. I’ve already contacted someone from the livechat but he has escalated it to the tech team. I posted it here in the hopes someone had a similar situation and perhaps knows how to fix it. We haven’t made any changes (plugin wise, theme wise etc.) and for some reason the integration stopped working.

We’re still running into issues regarding subscriptions, now they are even creating new orders when its up for renewing and reading the logs we noticed that it may have to do with the fix:

I imagine this issue is causing subscriptions not being able to create new orders.

Orderstatus adjusted from Waiting for payment to Failed.Reading through the posts it seems that I’m running a similar issue. The latest version (6.3.0) doesn’t include a repair option, so do I run the query instead to fix this issue with the users that are running into this?
