I think the issue from the theme it self.

In reply to: Admin bar in my website only shows home buttonI am not sure if the upgrade to wordpress 3.4 done or not on the previous hosting company, how I could know?
However, I had moved another 2 domains(wordpress) with from the same old hosting co as well to this new host company(Godaddy) and both of them works good, the third one does cause the above issue of the toolbar menu.

The error establishing database due to I drop and restore again the database, you can try now. it work.Thanks cubecolour, I had save again the permanlinks( but if does not work)
Reference to your question I received the database file from old hosting company and I restore it to the new database location.waiting your assistance.

the template is ready made I think.Do you still see all the pages in admin?

Did you change the url when you moved the site?
it is the same URLHow did you move the site? – Did it involve backing up the database to a file and importing that to a new database in phpMyAdmin?
Yes, I received the backup from old hosting company and then I upload the database in phpMyadmin.

But how I can change the permenant url from backend, as I am not able to do that

But I can’t preview the files even after I upload the files and restore the database, I am afraid If I change the DNS then I will in trouble. Please let me know your opinion
But I restore the database and it shows the records are in the database (tables), I have checked it through phpmyadmin.
I can see all the tables and data inside as well.
How I can check if the restore is wrong.I think it is WordPress 2.8.6.
