In reply to: Insert media not workingNo. The issue did not go away using any of the usual and recommended trouble-shooting steps.
However, the issue resolved when I followed this piece of advice I found in the forums here, posted in response to someone else with same problem:
I edited wp-config.php and added define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);
This fixed my problem with “insert media”.
Working on another issue now: inserting links not working. I will start another thread.
I am having same problem and can’t find conflicting plugin. I don’t use any of the specific third party plugins mentioned above. Any other ideas for trouble-shooting this problem?
