ACF Support Team here.
Please note that by default, the category archive pages will only display the default ‘Posts’ post type. To display your CPTs on the same category page as your default posts, you can use the
pre_get_postsfilter to do just that.Here’s a tutorial on the same: Displaying Multiple Post Types on Category Page
