What you’ve stated about the Checkbox field is correct. However, please know the Return Format specifies the value format returned by ACF functions such as get_field(), the_field()<span style=”color: rgb(50, 55, 60); font-family: "Open Sans", sans-serif; font-size: 14.4px; white-space-collapse: collapse;”>.</span>In your context, the loading of the field value is controlled by Elementor functions, which seem to return the Label. I’d recommend checking with the Elementor team on this particular case. Thanks!

ACF Support Team here, Thanks for keeping in touch.This issue was fixed in ACF version 6.2.1 as stated in our changelog at https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/changelog/#:~:text=Conflict%20with%20Elementor%20CSS%20breaking%20the%20ACF%20PRO%20banner
Please try ACF version 6.2.1.
