Apologies for that, unknown to me the site owner ended up removing the plugin and using something else as she was losing too much traffic, but thanks for your interest anyway.
Forgot to add that I see this problem in Firefox, but not IE 10 (which makes a change from the usual).
I haven’t tested any other browsers and don’t have details of the many people who reported the problem on the site.
