In reply to: [Social Media Share Buttons & Social Sharing Icons] Subscriber dataThank you, but I guess I did not make my points clear. In 1 and 2 I am referring to the actual subscriber data table, does it reside on my server or elsewhere? If it is on my server, is there an interface where I can actually see the table contents, export it, and use it for newsletters and such?

Matt, I have just emailed the scan log but the window for that was empty, FYI. Then I disabled the debugging mode. Now I will go hunt for the other logs and separately e-mail them to you.
Cemal
Matt, as I said in the previous post the next morning the scan started by itself and completed. But it seems to be stuck again and I followed your instructions and after that started a new scan. When it finishes I will send you the other logs you want. I think I know where the error log is but I am not sure where the access log may be, but I can ask my ISP. If it is a standard location please let me know.
Stay tuned.

Update:
This morning, just a few minutes ago it started a new scan.

I am continuing on this thread to maintain the back communication.
The problem I originally reported does not seem to happen anymore, that’s the good news. However, the started scan does not seem to stop, even to allow for a new scan to start. I am adding a screen capture that shows the running scan above the status window below. As you can read in the bottom window WF is starting a new scan today but yesterday’s scan is still running on top.

I wonder if it is another setting that got affected by 60 second change? Is there a fix coming for this?
I have just updated to the latest version of WF, that itself did not stop the scan that has been going for a long time. I think it is hung up.
Cemal
Thanks Matt. It was set to 15 and I changed it to 60 as you recommended. I will keep looking and if I see anything unusual I will report again.
Thanks,
Cemal
This morning I found that a new scan having started and ended but there was no indication that the scan yesterday was finished. I have e-mailed the activity log to you.
Cemal
Matt, I don’t see that message but a scan that started at “[Oct 01 02:48:59] Preparing a new scan” is still flipping the black dominoes as if continuing but nothing is happening. The time now is 8:58PM. I will abort the scan if you like or send any other information, or tomorrow morning whichever comes first.

Hello, anybody there?
Matt, I have just sent you the log. Let me know if you need other information.
Also, I sent a copy to myself and it has not yet arrived. If you don’t get it let me know and I’ll see how I can fix that.
Cemal
Since I made the change in the settings I have not yet seen the error message. FYI.
Cemal
I have just disabled config caching and will watch for a week or so and report back.
Thanks,
Cemal
Thank you team Wordfence. I have just installed the latest version and read the new features, the fix was there. I even tested it 😉 It works!
Thanks,
Cemal
No problem at all Matt. Just a misunderstanding, I am trying to keep you on your toes!! 😉
Cemal
Thanks for the update. I wrote because for some reason I was under the impression that it was fixed, I was giving feedback more than anything else.
