I tried deleting the download and then reloaded it and this is the URL I copied from the downloaded PDF,
I copied that into the customizer and here is that:

In reply to: Getting download button to workIt’s the ‘Health History Form” in the footer. I loaded the pdf version of the “Health History Form” to my media library and then copied the URL from that download into the customizer for that footer where the download button is
