We also get UA-130569087-3 on the site when we enable Site Kit. It’s not ours.

Seem to have the same issue. As soon as I connect up the Site Kit plugin with analytics and Tag Manager, I get two different UA-IDs, and only one of them is ours. Version 1.3.1
