The problem we are experiencing is that our website cannot be reached at all, including the admin side where I add information to WordPress, and there is no longer a record of our account with WordPress when I try to log in.

In reply to: Username and Website ErrorThe username for the WordPress administrative dashboard is different but when I try to log into WordPress it says there is not a username with that account.
I cannot get onto the webhosting account, it says “interactn.org is currently unable to handle this request.”
