I have found a solution. However I want to clearly mention that there is something wrong with the Bandcamp Shortcode. The image is still cut halfway. WordPress.com forums have acknowledge it, I hope that WordPress.org will soon.
My solution for this is to paste the iframe code in the TEXT mode, not the visual mode. That works perfectly once published.
Thanks for your response Graphical Force. I tried with the default theme as well as other WP themes and I am still getting the same issue. That is: i iframe code will only display the code in plain text and the shortcode will cut off the image in half.
