Steven I don’t know or know how to try the ftp piece. This is a little out of my realm.
In honesty, this portal hasn’t been used in nearly two years. So, I don’t think that is has to do with plug ins. I can’t even log in to check that. I can provide a screen shot of what it generates if needed.

I can’t even get to that point. I keep getting redirect errors, therefore the log in screen never loads.
Both the attempts to go around it aren’t working.
