Thank you for taking the time to reply. However, as I mentioned above, the form fields do have corresponding tags in the mail fields, so it is set up correctly (especially as it had all been working previously). It seems the link between the two is failing. The data is not being sent across to the mail and therefore the mailtags are remaining un-populated with information.
