My theme is saved, and I contacted my theme support on this issue, I just figured it was more of a WP issue than a theme issue but I’ll see what they say. How do I back up my theme contents? Do I need to do that through my hosting CPanel?

If I switch to default WP Theme, won’t I lose all of my current information on my theme? I have a premium theme and I’m actually trying to add/modify a portfolio item that is set up like a post. Will I lose all my portfolio items?
