I followed the instructions of enabling the debug mode. i didn’t get any debug.log in the wp-content folder. I tried on both of my websites.
Also tried on a third website where i completely removed all other plugins except the forminator and tried on default wordpress themes twentytweny. Still the same error.

Finally it works… sort of.
I installed WP super cache to use the Delete cache feature. The form still doesn’t work so I created a new one from scratch. The new form works and I can add many more fields as I please. Weird.

i went to my browser chrome setting and clear the cache and unfortunately still does’t work.
