Are you with Crazy domains?
I’ve just got off the phone to Smarty Host (after the standard 40min wait). I’m going for a refund – happy to go to fair trading if they fight it. Then I think I’ll transfer. Kumar would love to hear if transferring is easy and fixes the problem.
Sorry to jump in on this thread but I am having the same problem – I am also with Crazy domains. I’m ready to cut my losses with them – do you think the problem would resolve by moving to Hostgator or will it still be broken? It was fine until late last night then it crashed. Front end is fine – back end problem?
I logged in this morning and the whole dashboard has lost formatting and appears as one wide page with everything as text? I tried de-activating plug-ins last night but they would not de-activate???
