The preview you saw is the main design of the plugin. As different themes are coded differently, theme styles can break/overwrite plugin styles. That’s what happened in your case. Do you think that this plugin deserve 1 star because of something that is out of our control? Shouldn’t you think it’s better informing plugin author about an issue before leaving a review as it’s a FREE plugin? If you are ignored, then you can leave a review. We would definitely fix If you contacted us informing about the conflict. The plugin has 6,000+ active installation, so lots of users have found it useful. This kind of review is demotivating for plugin author which eventually may lead not to maintaining it and release new free plugins that could be helpful for thousands. If you share the name of the theme you are using, we can release an update fixing the styling conflicts. Hopefully you will consider you ratings.
