I’ve using this plugin for about two months, and for me it’s a great tool for a webmaster.
Few of my sites that have W3TC have load significantly faster than before.
Hope that you solve this problem soon.
Seems that you use Genesis Framework and eleven40 child theme. If you still want to use this framework, and creating a blog type website, maybe you can consider to use the Balance child theme. It looks has a good readability with clean design.
