Site Kit is set up and working! Switching back to the temp domain and performing the reset allowed me to install and set up Site Kit on the permanent domain. Thank you to @adamdunnage for the instructions and to @bluehostsupport for helping me implement those instructions.

@adamdunnage Thank you for the help! I reached out to bluehost support and they temp switched me back, I made the edit and now currently switching back. Just waiting for the URL to update before I make any edits. ,
