In reply to: [Melapress File Monitor] Emails on EVERY scan and flagging non changesTurns out that when you go through the option to disable / re-enable the sending that all emails stop.
On the sites that I left without checking and unchecking the box the email sends no matter what everyday.
On the sites that I set to only send when there is a change I get no emails at all.

In reply to: [Melapress File Monitor] Emails on EVERY scan and flagging non changesThe update seems to solve this issue. It does require someone to check and uncheck the box for the “don’t send” option.

In reply to: [Melapress File Monitor] Emails on EVERY scan and flagging non changesI have whitelisted the files but I am still seeing issues. I have deleted the readme file in my root, but the scan keeps telling me it is missing in the email but not on the monitor page. Currently it tells me I have 8 files in question but none showing. Of those 8, 7 of them are the readme file and 1 is the GeoLite2-Country.mmdb for WooCommerce.
I appreciate the need to scan the files, but I would think that once they are listed they should not be listed again until cleared or changed. I also would think that the total number should reflect things we can see and act on. I also see that when updating a plugin we get a single line instead of the previous list of all files added, changed, and modified.

In reply to: [Melapress File Monitor] Emails on EVERY scan and flagging non changesYes, I am getting an email about things like the bing.xml file on every scan. I know I can exclude the file, but that defeats the purpose since I want to know if it is changed for some reason.

In reply to: [Genesis Blocks] Rename “Buy Now” button – Pricing TableThanks @susannelson, that worked. A tad clunky in the config (too many clicks to make it work) but as always the community has come to the rescue.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Organizer is not visible if tickets is enabledYes, everything was / is up to date.
With a lot of testing, it turned out to be an issue with the Events Calendar Pro and enabling a default organizer. If I disabled that feature, the organizer disappeared from all events where the organizer was not added manually.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] Latest update included advertisingJust because it is “allowed”, it is not in the changelog, and it is bad practice. Also, since you are not putting it exclusively in the plugin and are showing it on the dashboard you are not in compliance which is why I call out this shady practice of any and all plugin developers.
The problem is that when they get to the pages the NOINDEX information is not present. I have tested the live page and it shows as indexable. The robots blocking is what drew my attention to the checkbox not working.
I have resolved the issue by adding the headers manually to the pages using the scripts section of each page as provided by the Genesis theme.

In reply to: [Activity Log For MainWP] User for dashboard is shown as usernameFirst and Last are configured and so is the nickname. Public display name is set to show first and last.
It was working until the last update for the child sites though I doubt that would cause an issue on the dashboard site. I did change the username for these accounts in the db prior to the issue appearing, but I also made the same change on several child sites with no issues.
