I suggest everyone that has the issue submit an official ticket and then they may address it.

Site 1 changed to weekly and save, change back to daily and save. Scan does not run at all.
Site 2 changed to hourly and saved, changed back to daily and save. Scan does not run at all.
Site 3 changed to hourly and saved, changed back to daily and saved, changed time and saved. Scan does not run at all.

Site 1, saved time as it was set… no scan run
Site 2 and 3 changed time by a few hours… no scan runI opened all 3 sites and checked and it should last scan run the night before installing the updated plugin and saving the new schedule.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Unable to Close ‘WooCommerce database update done’ Notice@joopleberry I can’t really speak to what might be the issue, but if your db is not saving changes you may have a larger issue. I made this change on a handful of sites with no issues, and on others that I skipped v4.0 and went straight to 4.1 I had no issues. I do know that 4.2 is scheduled for June 2 and it may help resolve any lingering issues but I do suggest you look into other possible causes for your db reverting changes.
