I have checked, and that transient is not present
FYI, marking it as resolved because you know about the issue does not mean it is resolved, it means you are whitewashing the issue and providing false support numbers.
Is there an eta on a resolution? Are we talking days, weeks, months, or years since this has been a “known issue” for more than a year?
It is a conflict with WooCommerce Bookings, but also a know issue with your plugin as there are numerous reports but no fix as of yet.

We have been told that performer is not something this plugin generates and that it must be a ticket plugin. We have been told it was not a problem and was just an optional field. We have been told they would look into it (but nothing every came of that). We have been told to reference a kb article on their site that does not exist.
You would think that this would be a straight forward option to adjust the output schema to include this information.
Thanks. I knew it was possible and the ease of the update is testimony to not configuring things so late at night.
No changes for me. I even tested with the plugin on a fresh build with nothing but 2021 and this plugin running.

In reply to: [Activity Log For MainWP] PHP errorsThe errors are on the MainWP install. A few things I have seen, when I open the activity log on the site the errors appear in my debug log. When I refresh the child sites (on the extension settings page) it lists all of the sites even those without the plugin installed. After reloading the page, some of the sites that have the plugin installed do not appear on the left (they have not been added to the right).
There are some errors on a child site, but I will post over there when I can confirm it is not something on my end.
I sent them a note again, but the last time they pushed it back on the plugin developer which is why I created this support question.
