service 1 – 1 hour
service 2 – 1 hourservice 1 only offered at the half hour, namely 9.30 to 10.30, then 10.30 to 11.30 and so forth
service 2 only offered at the full hour, namely 10 to 11, then 11 to 12, etc…I could achieve the above by setting up each service as a provider whose working hours start at the half hour and another who start at the full hour.
What I don’t want, is for people to be able to book a slot which is at the full hour for service 1 and a slot which is at the half hour for service 2.Make sense?

This isn’t the issue.
The problem arises if a user books up 9.30 to 10.30, then another user books up 11.00 to 12.00. This leaves me with an empty 30mins slot between 10.30 and 11.00.
So I’d like the available times to show as 1hour blocks rather than 30mins blocks.Still no joy I’m afraid.

Namely that even though the service can be booked at the half hour, it can also be booked at the full hour, meaning I may end up with empty half hour slots because no appointment can be fitted it that time between another two appointments.

No, 12am is definitely correct. It is the last option in the dropdown which incidentally goes from 12am all the way to 12pm and 12am, so there are 2 12am options to pick currently.
It does make sense in your example but, for some reason, for me the appointment times are shown as 17:00 β 18:00 with both start and end times shown in the ‘book appointment’ rectangles.
Since all appointments I want to set are 1 hour long, but the business hours start at the half hour (namely 9:30 – 23:30 and even 9:30 – 00:30 which is even more of a problem for obvious reasons), I basically can’t get appointments to show up in the correct time slots and none show at all for the last hour of the day.Hi,

Unfortunately, this doesn’t seem to be working. If I select business hours between 10am and 12am (the last time slot in the list), no available appointments show at all.

It is indeed set to true and of course setting it to false hides the errors but it doesn’t fix them π
