In reply to: [Nav Menu Roles] [Plugin: Nav Menu Roles] This breaks my theme's mobile menu…Thanks for the update… still no joy getting pages to show for public visitors, although it may be due to a plugin conflict (WP Custom Menu Filter Plugin) which I have de-activated…
When I deactivate the WP Custom Menu Filter Plugin, the menu still appears as it was configured to via this plugin – even after I remove the custom CSS components that it references?!?
My guess is that this is the problem…

In reply to: [Nav Menu Roles] [Plugin: Nav Menu Roles] This breaks my theme's mobile menu…Hi Helga, thanks for your efforts… you’re right, this now works well with the mobile theme which is great…
However, I’m not sure how to make a page avaliable to everyone and The ‘All Logged Out’ option doesn’t seem to work i.e. when I select this option, the menu item doesn’t appear for anyone.
Does this ring a bell or do you think its another plugin conflict?

In reply to: Plugin doesn't activate/pages don't refresh…Hi Shawn, the plugin seems to have vanished from the WordPress plugin directories and it no longer shows as being avaliable for update via my site?
Any thoughts?
Sounds great… any time lines on WP Autoresponder Pro – stats/open tracking, bounce handling, integration with WP user system… I’m sure you’ve got many more ideas…
I’m not a coder myself, but its good to hear your openness to other’s contributing…
Update, it seems you can now include spaces with the longer varchar setting…
Is there any news on this issue? Does it mean that autoresponders must have an interval of 3 days in order for all subscribers to be sent the email?
No worries – good to hear its on the roadmap though…

In reply to: [Nav Menu Roles] [Plugin: Nav Menu Roles] This breaks my theme's mobile menu…Hi Helga,
The mobile navigation is now sorted – I had a problem with a conflicting plugin – WordPress Access Control which is now resolved…
Thanks for your help…
No problem Marcus – understood – 5.1.8.5 is working so that’s good for now
btw, on a tangent, I’m thinking about the Pro version but one thing that would be cool is the ability to link the Pro version to the affiliate software I’m using…
If Events Manager, or the Pro version had a plugin for the affiliates software, that would be very cool…
Have you ever thought about integrating EMP into something like this?
Quick update – I’ve deactivated all the plugins apart from BuddyPress and Events Manager and the problem still exists?!? Hmmm… any more ideas?
Hi Marcus, this is an odd one… agreed re: admin…
Re: modifying templates, I changed the theme to BuddyPress default and I still had the same problem? Am I right to think that the new, unedited theme would have been able to test the ‘modified templates’ successfully?
Hi Marcus,
No, no dropdown on 5.2.5 but its fine on 5.1.8.5
btw, the delete problem is a red herring and is no longer relevant. It was caused by me not realising the site had moved server. I was using the wrong ftp info to delete old versions etc. so nothing to worry about there.
I have had a problem with W3 Total Cache though but other than that, it may be a conflict but given that it occurs on both the back and front end event creation forms, its a weird one…
5.1.8.5 works fine… all the other newer versions don’t allow me to add events to groups?!?
Ok – some success – group admins can attach events to a group in version 5.1.8.5 but not in 5.2.5…
I don’t know which version introduced the problem but this is some progress on my side…
I’ll try and narrow down the versions in the meantime…
Any ideas what might be the problem with the newer versions of the plugin?
I just upgraded to 5.2.5 – still no joy with adding events to groups…
