The business model is like this:
I sell subscriptions to Professionals (say Plastic Surgery Doctors) in which they will get a profile with “contact” form. This is actually a landing page!Hence, they are actually “competing” and not cooperating in the classic sense of support team in each department.
Why AS and not contact forms:
1- Tracking and Reporting – this is very important for my business (how many tickets, who answers, how long does it take for end user to receive an answer…).
2- Direct email answers
3- push notifications via SMS / Email etc

Will I be able to route the ticket to a certain professional via SMART AGENT add-on without having the user pick up department?
In other words, user will find a form on the professional’s profile page, they will be required to leave name, email and subject and hit the open ticket. No need to choose department or professional from a list.On the back end I should create one form for each professional.
Needed Add-ons:
AS, Gravity Add-on, SMART AGENT, EMAIL SUPPORT add-onDid I get it all right?

I am going to use Gravity forms and AS plug.
The important functions I am looking for are as follows:
1- User will be able to send support ticket to professional from the professional portfolio page.
2- Professional can reply via email.
3- and as a site owner, I will have the ability to see how many tickets each professional has received in a given time, and if they had provided and answer.Seems like AS is fit for the job out of the box with the help of two more plug-ins. (?)
