In reply to: [WP Swiper] 1.2.3 Errors@digitalapps 1.2.3 didn’t offer block recovery, however I just updated to 1.2.4 and refreshed that page in the back end and it finally gave me block recovery. Seem to be back in business now. Thank you.

In reply to: [WP Swiper] 1.2.3 ErrorsI should mention that the errors above are only on the page with WP Swiper AND the Swiper doesn’t loop, nor do the arrows navigate. I can swipe with finger or mouse, but the fade and loop and click are gone.

In reply to: Automatic Update Created New Plugin Folder@bcworkz I had to chuckle. When being a more advanced user causes more confusion. In 20 years I have never experienced this before, so the stars must have aligned in just the right way for me to observe this. I did delete the older versioned folder and all is well. Thanks for validating my hunch.
That was already set to true (as mentioned in my ticket). No log file. Something strange has been happening. Modula was set to auto-update before all the issues. I renamed the folder, as mentioned, two days ago, to bring the site back up. I checked yesterday by FTP and there were TWO folders for the plugin. One that I renamed, and one that apparently was installed automatically by ??? By auto-update? If so, that’s truly scary that a second instance of the plugin would be installed behind the scenes. That would mean the site could go offline again, and I wouldn’t even know it. In the past, when I have changed the name of the folder, it automatically deactivated the plugin. I have NEVER seen anything auto-install a second instance of the plugin at the latest version. Did you fix something in the version you released overnight that would have fixed my issue? It seems to have.
Debug is set to true (before this happened) and there is no log. The error is a white screen with the words: There has been a critical error on this website.

In reply to: [Download Monitor] Question About Payment PlatformsThank you for the quick reply. I am trying to figure out how the sales are conducted. Are these downloads purchased by the customer through a WooCommerce store and your plugin tracks all of those sales, etc, or does your plugin provide the sales platform as well as the tracking, etc?

In reply to: [WP Swiper] Short CodeOkay, thanks.
@amitbarai013 this is really awesome!! It works. Really appreciate the fantastic responsiveness and support. I am heading over to make a 5 star review now. Have a great day.
@amitbarai013 Did you see my post above? Can I get a response please?
The conditions are: FF 128.0, LastPass Extension installed, turned on, and logged into LastPass account. The issue does NOT occur with LastPass Extension installed and on, but logged OFF. Only when the extension is logged into my account. Please watch my video: https://hansenmuseum.org/video1430771915.mp4 @irealm42
I just realized that the LastPass Firefox extension is causing the issue. I wonder if the folks above are also using the LastPass extension? Tons of people do, so that’s a huge problem. The same extension on Chrome doesn’t conflict. I am going to put in a ticket with LastPass to fix this. It shouldn’t be conflicting with a website builder like this.
I am having the same exact issue. Essential Blocks Version 4.7.4 I am using FF 127.0.2, Windows 10 64 bit. I regenerated assets. I have recorded it here. https://hansenmuseum.org/video1430771915.mp4

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Critical Error with 9.0Thank you! I installed it manually and that helped. I have one last WC shipping plugin to update and then see if we can run without the legacy Rest API plugin. Crossing my fingers.
I am having the same issue. Started when I ran the auto-updater in the backend of WP. I haven’t been able to login to the backend of my WP site for a week. Email support is terrible, I must add. W keeps telling me to install a fresh install of WP, or change the name of my directory and all kinds of nonsense, instead of addressing this known issue with the plugin. My latest reply to W via email:
“Your replies make no sense. Please stop asking me to do a bunch of busy work. This is a known issue with your plugin. Please send me a quick patch or instructions to get my backend back up and running. Do NOT ask me to do any more busywork. The issue is your plugin, not where WP is installed etc. This all started when I ran the auto-update for the next gen gallery plugin. There is a bug in it. https://wordpress.org/support/topic/runtimeexception-thrown-with-version-3-4-1/ Please send me an old, safe version of the plugin to install, or a patch to fix the bug in your latest version. If you cannot do this, please escalate this ticket to a manager.”Has this plugin been abandoned? No support?
