If you find the option to add new posts, just add a new post (with a few words as a test) and see if that works. Also post the link to the new post here.

You can disallow from SEs the folder that contains your images.

In reply to: Site Crash. tampered with 'Editor' page CSS.Through FTP/ your hosting control panel, deactivate your plugins folder by adding something like -BAK and also revert to WordPress default theme (like 2014) by renaming your current theme and see if it helps. You can revert to your current settings after resolving the issues.
