What’s the URL of that support page? Or, upload a screenshot of that and post a link here.
BTW, reinstalling WordPress may help.

In reply to: Website reverts to "Hello World" temporarilyIn order to ascertain if your computer is causing the problem, try using another machine and see if the problem persists.
Also contact your host (GoDaddy) as the problem can be more likely due to the outdated cPanel that may need to be upgraded by them.
You may need to reinstall fresh copies of Genesis as well as Prose and make your changes using the custom codes box in Prose only. If this does not help you need to seek support from the theme’s vendor as we do not support commercial themes.

In reply to: All options are blank once I login in adminYou are running a very old version of WordPress. Update WordPress to the current version, update your theme, plugins, etc. and see if it resolves the issue.
Backup your database first so that you can restore to your current version if anything goes wrong.
