Looks like my previous post explaining the situation got deleted.

Anyway, I finally got my custom domains successfully mapped to specific WordPress Multisite subsites. The actual domains I’m testing this with are 83938.my, 83963.my and 83969.my. The first domain uses Cloudflare nameservers with a proxied A record, the second uses custom/private nameservers pointing straight to the hosted nameservers IPs, and the third is set up just like the first one, except the A record isn’t proxied.

Just a heads-up, unlike cPanel, DirectAdmin doesn’t let you add wildcard (*) subdomains directly through the Subdomain Management” panel. If anyone else on DirectAdmin is running into the same issue, just follow @echarlavamshi’s guide. It works perfectly.
