Ok, understood Lester. Thanks!
But as I said, the test site is a perfect clone of the production one.
It’s not that I’ve copied the data over there.
I used a tool that clones the site.Hi @kokkieh
Amazing, I’ve paused the CloudFlare service and the issue is still happening.
What else can I do it the blog duplication doesn’t have this problem?Well, I’ve made a copy of my blog to this address:
https://blog.udiburg.info/%d7%a2%d7%a8%d7%91-%d7%9b%d7%99%d7%a4%d7%95%d7%a8-8102008/
and you won’t believe it!
The issue is NOT happening there.
And this is a copy made with Installatron. But… on my production site I’m using Cloudflare CDN which I DO NOT use on my test site.
Do you thing that maybe the reason?I can do that.
I have a test site that was created from a copy of the production, but very long ago.
I can do another one.
Will take some time but I’ll update. The only redirect that I have is to HTTPS.
RewriteRule (.*) https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [R=301,L]
I’ve deactivated the Lightbox and reactivated the Tiled Galleries but the problem stays the same.
Pictures are open separately.Once I’ve disabled the “tiled Galleries” the issue was fixed.

Once I’ve enabled this feature again, the issue came back. The lightbox is used in many posts where I have single images.
If I’ll disable it they will be opened to the media file page.
So I can’t disable it.
Yes, I refer to the Tiled Galleries.
I’ll check again.
Can I only disable the tiled gallery option or should I disable the whole Jetpack plugin?Hi Jeremy,
So I’ve disabled Jetpack and the galleries stopped working.
So I’ve decided to test everything on my staging site.
I’ve compared all plugins to be identical and updated like on the production site.
When testing the staging site the galleries are displayed as it supposed to.
See here for my staging site:
https://blog10.udiburg.info/%d7%90%d7%95%d7%91%d7%9a-%d7%9b%d7%91%d7%93-21102011/And here for the production site where the issue is still there:
https://blog.udiburg.com/%d7%90%d7%95%d7%91%d7%9a-%d7%9b%d7%91%d7%93-21102011/What can I try next?
thanks for your help!
Really appreciated.
Udi
So I’ve tested with the default theme with no success.
If I’ll disable Jetpack the issue won’t happen as the galleries are part of Jetpack. Isn’t it?Ok, Jeremy, thanks.
I’ll work on it and get back to you. This is my plugins list:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/38wyc215batfdeq/plugins.png?dl=0I do not have any other gallery or lightbox and I’ve disabled both lightbox plugins.
And now, also after disabling the lightboxes, the gallery doesn’t work for me.
I can’t disable all plugins in order to check it as many plugins have settings and displayed in specific places and they will disappear from these places.
This would be a mess for me.Any help trying to help me find what’s causing it, will be highly appreciated.
Thanks!
Ok, that worked, but now I’ll have to go on all my single images and change the setting 🙁
Is there, by any chance, a tool that can do that for me?Hi Jeremy,
How are you?
Does this feature works with single images as well?
Or only with galleries?
As would like that single images would be pop-up as well.
