zip file output

I have the Pro version of Product Designer and want to output High Quality images for printing.

On the output settings I check the boxes layers, pdf, SVG and zip then press save and it takes me to
the general settings screen and then when I return to the Output settings screen it shows zip without a check mark
I only seem to be able to putput PDF’s … why is this?
Also the PDF’s are not high resolution … how do I improve this?
