Hi

I can’t complete the back up on the following website as I keep getting error messages:

3505.780 (0) [Warning] A zip error occurred – check your log for more details.
3505.782 (0) The attempt to close the zip file returned an error (PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature). List of files we were trying to add follows (check their permissions).

Help, please!

Hi Kim,

It appears to be a file permission issue, meaning UpdraftPlus or WordPress does not have the correct read or write permission to a certain folder or file.
